I had such a great experience at this ice cream shop, and I have to give a special shoutout to Anna! From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely made the whole visit better. She took her time helping me choose a flavor, gave great recommendations, and you could tell she really cares about customers enjoying their experience.Anna went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She had such a positive attitude and made the experience feel personal and fun. Because of her, I’ll definitely be coming back. Give that girl a raise—she’s amazing! 🍦✨

Love this place!! Anna is such a sweet soul, very kind, amazing attitude and such a warm welcoming vibe and approach. She truly made me feel like I was receiving 10/10 5 star service!! I’ll never forget her!! If any manager or supervisor sees this, Anna deserves a raise or promotion!! Anna was the highlight of my visit to Hoffman Chocolate. Her kindness and genuine attentiveness made the experience feel so welcoming from start to finish. She thoughtfully offered samples of the ice cream to make sure I chose something I truly enjoyed, and even suggested a chocolate I was unsure about which ended up being my favorite. (Dark passion fruit) Very fresh and sweet in one chocolate! Her level of care and hospitality truly stands out. I felt appreciated as a customer, and that means everything. I’ll absolutely be returning thank you Anna!

Anna gave THE BEST service I've received along that strip. She was welcoming and very attentive while servicing me especially when I told her I wasn't from the area. She even took the time to ask about my preferences and recommended me not only ice cream but chocolate that fit my taste to the best of her abilities. But what really sealed the deal for me was how fast Anna was while preparing my order. I will definitely make my way back here when I get the opportunity. 5 STARS!!

You NEED to try this place!!!! Milkshake was AMAZING! one of the best I have tried no doubt!!! We went there yesterday at around 9pm. We Try some ice cream flavors, there were all very good but ended up ordering a chocolate brownie milkshake. Staff was very nice, he recommended us some things to try. The atmosphere was good, you could sit and eat, was not overcrowded. I walked all las olas, and tried another ice cream shop, this one is definitely better.
